Pricing Structure
Our standard rate is $75.00 per man hour. In addition to this hourly charge, there will be an added cost for truck/trailer rental and disposal fees.
Additional Helpers
If your project requires extra assistance, there is an additional fee of $20.00 per helper.
Online Auction Commission
For online auctions, we operate on a sliding commission scale to accommodate various sale sizes and values.
Estate Sale Deposits
